Accident Reports are available 3-5 working days after the accident. There is no charge for the report, but colored pictures, if available, are $1.00 per page.
You can register your bicycle with the Rexburg Police Department online free of charge. You will be contacted when the registration has been completed to pick up your bicycle tag.
Block Parties are funded through a Madison School District Grant. Block Parties are a great way for neighbors to get better acquainted. An officer will attend your Block Party and talk to you about issues of interest to your group. For more information go to Community Programs - Block Parties
Rexburg businesses can register their alarm systems and emergency contact information with the Rexburg Police Department.
The Rexburg Police Department has child safety seats for families in need. If you have never received a safety seat from our department before, you can come into the Rexburg Police Department and a Certified Safety Seat Officer will assist you. Child Safety Seats are available for children ages 1 year for the forward facing seats, to ages 4 to 8 for booster seats. For more information go to Community Programs - Car Seat Checks
If you have been mandated by the courts to serve community service you can sign up through the Rexburg Police Department. Community Service schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays are scheduled as needed. Call the Police Department at 208-359-3000 ext. 2384.
You can register your dog at the Rexburg Police Department or at the Rexburg Animal Shelter. License fees are $5.00 for animals that have been spayed or neutered and $10.00 for non spayed/neutered animals. Cat licenses are also available at no charge.
Fingerprinting is done Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. No appointment needed, prints are done at the availability of an officer. Prices are $10.00 for Rexburg City Residents and $15.00 for non-residents. Payment is cash and checks only. If you have been given a card for your prints DO NOT WRITE ON THEM. Fingerprint cards are also available at the Police Department.
If you have found property/items you can bring it to the Police Department so that we can return it to the owner. If you have lost property you can contact the Police Department at 208-359-3008 to check if it has been turned in.
Notary services are available at the Rexburg Police Department from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The notary service is free.
Permits: Rexburg City parking permits can be purchased at the Rexburg Police Department or online at Online Services - Parking Services.

A class is available at the Rexburg Police Department for anyone who has received a citation for Failure to Yield to a Pedestrian or Jaywalking.
The prescription drop off box is located in the lobby of the Rexburg Police Department. The lobby is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
